Arts Unite was established on March 3, 2013, and officially registered as a Non-Profit Organization on September 7, 2016. Our primary mission is to uncover and nurture the hidden talents of young artists. We aim to provide them with opportunities in the arts, steering them away from negative influences that contribute to issues like unplanned pregnancy, crime, sexual abuse, HIV/AIDS, and instead, empower them with artistic skills that enhance their future employability in professional arts education and performance.
Arts Unite is a service-driven organization specializing in music and dance, recognizing the inseparable bond between these art forms. Our programs focus on various expressions including Drumming, Marimba, traditional Music, Gumboot dance, Zulu Traditional dance, Kofifi dance, and Pantsula dance.
Located in Duduza, Ekurhuleni East, Arts Unite actively organizes workshops, cultural events/festivals, and offers dance and music classes as part of our community engagement efforts. We have been dedicated to serving Ekurhuleni and its surrounding areas, fostering cultural enrichment and artistic growth among local youth.
